The best part...most municipalities do not require a permit for any structure under 10sqm(108 sq ft)

The cost is a fraction of building an addition onto the house, yet you can still have all the comforts of a finished space with that is fully insulated, heated, wired for Internet and has lighting.

Our Backyard StudiOh!’s can be customized to suit your needs and to aesthetically blend in with the surroundings. We use quality products and materials, 2x4 and 2x6 construction, exterior rated doors and thermal pane/double glazed windows.

Interiors are finished with your choice of drywall or painted shiplap. Baseboards, window and doors casings are included.
