What will your Backyard StudiOh! Cost

The cost of a Backyard StudiOh!, as described on our “How’s it Built” page… is $29 975.00 + GST. This is an installed price. All design, materials, and labour are included.

No finished walls, insulation or electrical required? If you’re just looking for an unfinished shed, the cost comes way down, as you can imagine. Contact us to discuss your requirements and to get an accurate quote.

Options and Upgrades

Timelines

Foundation- Poured slab-on grade concrete Add $1500
Transom windows- (fixed windows at the top of the wall). Add $400 per window added
Decking in front of entry (4’ x 12’) Add $1600
Millwork/Built-ins (such as desks, cabinetry) $ varies
Data Cabling - from Phone line or cable- $600+up
Larger Studios- permit required - $35000+up
Powder room- permit required- $6000-$10000. Some situations may make adding plumbing impossible.

A typical Backyard StudiOh! build from Design to Hand-off will take approximately 3-5 weeks to complete.

As every Backyard StudiOh! can be customized and as you will most likely want the exterior of the studio to match the exterior of your home, there is definitely work to do before the construction starts.

Design is first. Once the design-build contract is signed, design will take about a week of back and forth between our designer and you, ensuring every detail is to your satisfaction.

Once design is complete and materials received, your StudiOh! construction begins. This timeline is dependent on our current project schedule but generally it’s 3-5 weeks.

Disruption to you and your family is minimal as we are outside the home, not inside it. Yay!
